White label support for agencies

Your client relationship. Your agency. My measurement expertise.

Bringing in a specialist should strengthen your agency, not complicate the client relationship. I work behind the scenes or as an embedded member of your delivery team. Your agency controls the communication, commercials, accounts, and final deliverables. I handle the analytics, tracking, attribution, and consent work. The working terms are documented upfront, not left to assumption.

Terms of engagement

Your agency stays in control.

Clause 01

Your agency owns the client relationship.

Communication runs through your team by default. When direct involvement would make the project easier, I can join calls and communicate as an embedded measurement specialist working with your agency. Your team decides when and how I am introduced.

Clause 02

I do not market or sell directly to your clients.

I do not send separate proposals, promote Atem Analytics, pursue additional work, or move the relationship outside your agency. Confidentiality and reasonable non-solicitation terms can be included in the agreement.

Clause 03

Client accounts and technical assets remain yours.

The agency or client retains ownership of its GA4 properties, GTM containers, advertising accounts, server environments, documentation, and other systems. I do not retain control of an account or use technical access as leverage after the project ends.

Clause 04

Deliverables can be provided without my branding.

Reports, audits, implementation plans, runbooks, validation documents, and handoff notes can be delivered in editable, unbranded formats. Your agency can add its branding and present the work as part of its broader client engagement.

Clause 05

Scope and cost are agreed to before work begins.

Defined projects include a written scope, price, assumptions, access requirements, dependencies, and expected timeline. If something changes or additional work is discovered, I flag it before expanding the scope.

Clause 06

Access is limited to what the work requires.

Read access is used when read access is enough. Administrative or publishing permissions are requested only when implementation requires them. I can work through your preferred access process, password manager, project platform, and security requirements.

Clause 07

Your agency controls client communication.

I do not discuss pricing, contracts, account ownership, or additional services with the client unless your agency specifically asks me to. Technical conversations stay within the role and boundaries we agree to beforehand.

Clause 08

Confidentiality works in both directions.

Your client lists, pricing, findings, processes, and technical environments remain confidential. Work completed for one agency is not shared with another agency or used to compete for the same client.

Delivery models

Use the level of involvement that fits the account.

M—01

Behind the scenes

Your agency manages all client communication. I complete the technical work, provide updates to your team, and deliver unbranded documentation.

Best for audits, troubleshooting, implementation, validation, and projects where the agency wants to remain the only client-facing contact.

M—02

Embedded specialist

I join selected meetings as part of the agency's extended delivery team and handle technical questions related to analytics, attribution, tracking, consent, or reporting.

Best for complex implementations, client workshops, technical discovery, and accounts where specialist credibility is helpful.

M—03

Agency support partner

I provide ongoing support across several client accounts through a recurring block of hours. Your team brings me in when an implementation gets technical, reporting does not make sense, or a client asks for something outside your internal capabilities.

Best for agencies that need senior measurement support but do not need another full-time hire.

The process

Clear scope, communication, and handoff.

Ownership

Nothing gets held hostage after the project.

Your agency or client retains control of every account and asset involved. Access can be removed when the project ends, or reduced to the level needed for ongoing support.

Agency responsibilities

The arrangement works best when the roles are clear.

Your agency remains responsible for the client agreement, billing, project approvals, legal requirements, internal stakeholder management, and any commitments made outside the agreed technical scope.

For consent and privacy projects, the client or its counsel must define and approve the legal requirements. I handle the technical implementation based on those instructions.

For implementation projects, timelines depend on receiving access, approvals, development support, and required information from the agency, client, or third-party vendors.

Frequently asked questions

What agencies want to know first.

How should we introduce you to the client?

Most agencies introduce me as an analytics consultant, measurement specialist, or extended member of the delivery team. The exact wording is up to your agency, but it should accurately reflect the working relationship.

Can you join client calls?

Yes. I can join discovery, technical reviews, implementation meetings, troubleshooting sessions, and handoff calls. Before the call, we agree on my role, the level of technical detail, and which topics should remain with your agency.

Can you use our agency email address?

Yes, when your agency provisions an account for legitimate project communication. I can also communicate through your project management platform, Slack workspace, ticketing system, or shared inbox.

Will you sign our NDA?

Yes. I regularly work under agency and client confidentiality requirements. Any agreement should still be reviewed to confirm that the terms fit the actual project and working relationship.

Will you agree not to solicit our clients?

Yes. Reasonable non-solicitation terms can be included in the agreement to protect the client relationship. I do not use white-label projects to generate direct business from agency clients.

Will you discuss pricing with our client?

Not unless your agency specifically asks me to. Pricing, markups, contracts, and billing remain between the agency and the client.

Can you work directly with the client's developer or technical team?

Yes, with your approval. Your agency can remain copied on communication, or I can report technical updates back through your team.

What happens when something urgent breaks?

Ongoing support blocks include an agreed communication and response framework. Availability and deadlines are confirmed before your agency commits to a client timeline.

Do you work with other agencies?

Yes. Each agency's clients, pricing, processes, documentation, and technical environments remain confidential and separate.

Can our internal team maintain the work afterward?

Yes. Implementations include appropriate documentation, testing evidence, and handoff guidance. Ongoing support is available, but the work should not depend on me retaining exclusive knowledge or access.

Start with one account

Bring me into the next measurement problem your team should not have to solve alone.

Send a client website for a complimentary external tracking review, or schedule a short call to discuss an audit, server-side implementation, consent project, attribution issue, or ongoing agency support. You will get a clear answer on what appears to be happening, what level of work is required, and where I would fit into the engagement.
