Direct support for in-house teams

When the numbers stop making sense, start with the tracking.

Atem Analytics is primarily a measurement partner for agencies, but I also work directly with select ecommerce and B2B teams. I help companies diagnose reporting problems, repair conversion tracking, improve attribution, connect marketing activity to revenue, and build reporting teams can actually use. The first step is usually figuring out whether the problem is the tracking, the platform configuration, the reporting, or the expectations around how the systems should match.

Where this usually starts

You know something is wrong. You just do not know where.

  • 01"Shopify, GA4, and the advertising platforms all report different revenue."
  • 02"Google Ads is optimizing toward conversions we do not fully trust."
  • 03"Too many leads are being attributed to Direct or Unassigned."
  • 04"The tracking was implemented, but nobody has properly validated it."
  • 05"We are increasing paid media spend and need to know the conversion data is reliable."
  • 06"We cannot connect qualified leads or closed revenue back to campaigns."
  • 07"Our numbers changed after a website, checkout, CRM, or consent update."
  • 08"We have a dashboard, but the team does not trust what it shows."

Services

Focused projects built around the problem you need solved.

$2,200

Tracking and measurement audit

A full review of GA4, Google Tag Manager, advertising conversions, consent, attribution, ecommerce or lead tracking, and reporting configuration. You receive a prioritized list showing what is working, what is broken, why it matters, and what should be fixed first.

Starting at $2,200

$2,800

Ecommerce measurement and revenue reconciliation

Review and repair of purchase events, transaction IDs, revenue values, currency, product data, checkout activity, cross-domain measurement, and advertising conversions. The goal is not to force every platform to report the same number — it is to eliminate preventable errors and explain the remaining differences.

Starting at $2,800

$3,400

Lead and revenue attribution

UTM and click ID capture, form tracking, CRM source fields, lifecycle stages, offline conversion imports, qualified-lead tracking, and closed-revenue reporting. Built around the client's actual sales process rather than treating every form submission as an equal conversion.

Starting at $3,400

$6,500

Server-side tracking and conversion APIs

Server-side Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API, Enhanced Conversions, event deduplication, first-party event routing, customer data parameters, and platform validation. Recommended when the existing foundation supports it and the added complexity is justified.

Starting at $6,500

$2,900

Consent and privacy measurement

Consent Mode v2, CMP implementation, tag blocking, regional behavior, Global Privacy Control, and measurement validation. The client or legal team defines the privacy requirements. I handle the technical implementation based on those requirements.

Starting at $2,900

Scoped

Reporting and dashboards

Looker Studio dashboards, executive reporting, paid media views, GA4 reporting, ecommerce performance, lead reporting, and revenue attribution. Reporting projects typically begin with a review of the underlying tracking and metric definitions.

Revenue reconciliation

The platforms will not match perfectly. They should still make sense.

Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms use different attribution rules, processing times, identity methods, and reporting logic. Some differences are expected. Others point to duplicate purchases, missing transaction IDs, incorrect values, cross-domain problems, consent behavior, or incomplete integrations.

I identify which differences are explainable, which are technical problems, and which system should be used for each reporting decision.

  • 01Purchase event accuracy
  • 02Transaction ID consistency
  • 03Revenue and tax handling
  • 04Currency
  • 05Refund and cancellation treatment
  • 06Product and item data
  • 07Checkout and payment redirects
  • 08Cross-domain tracking
  • 09Duplicate browser and server events
  • 10Advertising conversion values
  • 11Consent-related measurement changes
  • 12Platform-to-store variance

Lead to revenue

Form submissions are not the final business outcome.

For B2B teams, the useful question is rarely which campaign generated the most forms. It is which campaigns generated qualified opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.

I help connect campaign data to the CRM so marketing and sales can evaluate performance beyond the initial lead.

  • 01UTM and click ID capture
  • 02Hidden form fields
  • 03Original and latest source tracking
  • 04Cross-domain form tracking
  • 05HubSpot or Salesforce integration
  • 06Lifecycle and lead-status definitions
  • 07Qualified-lead conversions
  • 08Offline conversion imports
  • 09Opportunity and closed-won reporting
  • 10Campaign-level revenue analysis

Dashboards and reporting

A cleaner dashboard will not fix unreliable data.

I build Looker Studio dashboards and reporting systems, but reporting normally comes after the tracking and metric definitions have been reviewed. Otherwise, the dashboard only makes the existing problems easier to see.

  • 01Validate the foundation. Review the tracking, source systems, conversion logic, and known reporting differences.
  • 02Fix the important gaps. Repair conversions, attribution, consent behavior, integrations, and data quality issues.
  • 03Define the metrics. Document what each metric means, where it comes from, and which system is the source of truth.
  • 04Build the reporting. Create focused views for leadership, marketing, paid media, ecommerce, sales, or operations.
  • 05Maintain it. Monitor key events, integrations, and reporting logic so the setup does not quietly drift over time.

The process

Start with the problem, not a list of tools.

Frequently asked questions

Before the first conversation.

Why do the platforms report different numbers?

Each platform uses different attribution, identity, processing, consent, and reporting rules. Some differences are normal. The review determines whether the variance is expected or caused by a technical issue.

Can you make GA4 revenue match Shopify exactly?

Usually not, and that should not be the goal. Shopify is generally the source of truth for completed store transactions. GA4 and advertising platforms are measurement and attribution systems. The goal is to remove tracking errors and make the differences understandable.

Do you implement the fixes after the audit?

Yes. Implementation can be quoted as a separate project or completed through a block of support hours.

Can you work with our existing agency or developer?

Yes. I can work alongside your agency, internal team, developer, CRM partner, ecommerce vendor, or legal team without replacing their role.

Do you provide legal advice on consent requirements?

No. Your company or legal counsel defines the privacy requirements. I configure and validate the technical implementation based on those instructions.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Ongoing support is available for tracking QA, troubleshooting, reporting maintenance, new campaigns, website changes, and platform updates.

Are direct brand engagements your main focus?

My primary focus is supporting agencies, but I accept select direct engagements where the measurement problem and required outcome are clearly defined.

Start with the current problem

Tell me which number your team does not trust.

Send the website and a short explanation of what is not matching, what recently changed, or what decision the data needs to support. I'll help determine whether the next step should be an external review, full audit, implementation project, attribution project, or reporting cleanup.
